The thank-yous here are examples, until the first real ones arrive.
Their name the way you would greet them. A teacher, a stranger on a train, a neighbour. Surnames, workplaces and addresses stay out of it, so it stays theirs.
WhereEvery thank-you matters. This is how big it was for you.
Write it the way you would say it, if they were standing in front of you.
Your first name, a few words that tell them who you are, or nothing at all.
We send one letter to confirm, and one if they write back. Then your email is deleted, and it never appears anywhere.
They can find it on their own, you can send it to them yourself by text or WhatsApp, or we can email it to them.
Their email is only used to send this one thank-you. Nobody else ever sees it, and it is gone the moment the thank-you has been sent.
When someone sends you a thank-you, the link in your message opens it right here.
